North Studios is located at Loxton North, a small town around 10kms out of Loxton in the Riverland of South Australia.

This privately owned recording studio has grown out of a passion that Ben (owner/operator) has for music.

Ben has been recording and creating music since he was 13. He has kept up with the ever changing technology and has gear of a very high standard. He has built up a large pool of resources to draw from to get the sound you are after.

So whether you are a band looking to record that first demo or CD, a solo artist needing some backing tracks, or even a film maker looking for sound effects and audio editing capabilities for your masterpiece, North Studios can assist you.

Also, piano players who wish to have their music written as a score, we have the ability to write sheet music AS YOU PLAY, and then print it.... IT'S THAT EASY....

Equipment
Currently operating using a Pro Tools HD2 Accel system, with a C24 control surface for that added 'hands on" analogue feel. The host computer is an 8 core Apple Mac Pro, but all Pro Tools files are compatible with those recorded on a PC, so any projects which are half complete, or just need that final decent mix on a full HD system are totally compatible with this system.
The studio is equipped with guitars, drums, microphones, keyboards and miscellaneous instruments, with brands including Gibson, ESP, BC Rich, Rode, Shure, Sennheiser, Pearl, Sabian, KRK and soon to have a brand new TAMA Starclassic 6 piece drum kit.
